My New Little Craft Club

A lady asked me if I could make a card for her friends 60th wedding anniversary. When I delivered the card she told me she makes cards herself but would really like to learn some new techniques as she is a beginner. I was very happy to do what I thought would be one afternoon for her and her two friends.
The first meet went so well that we decided to meet again the following week.
All three ladies are very keen to learn crafting and are all great people. I feel very honoured to be able to share my crafty knowledge with them and am lucky to have 3 great new friends. Thank you Olwyn, Phylis and Cynthia for making me so welcome.

Greg'sLav!

My friend asked me to make a card for her husband and as he has a great SOH I thought I'd do a naughty one! I haven't done any decoupage for ages (addicted to stamping) but I really enjoyed putting this card together. I wanted it to resemble an outside toilet which many of us had many moons ago.

MATERIALS:
  • 5" x 7" Card Blank
  • Wood Effect Backing Papers (Boyes)
  • Words cut using Cricut machine

Wonderful Mother's Day!

I had the bestest Mother's day EVER and I was so spoilt!!!!! I woke to find my daughter Bec and her husband Rich cooking a full Engllish with all the trimmings to which my son Daniel was invited. I was given presents of Nesties (hearts), Magnolia, Tilda Stamps and Promarkers not to mention the flowers and chocs and to top it off a lovely framed photo of my two beautiful kiddie winks on Bec's weddding day! How lucky am I?
We went out for the day and finished off with a beautiful meal, suffice it to say I was a likkle tipsy when I got home!!!!! A very happy Mum. Thanks my darlings x

I have been wanting this lovely image from 'PINK GEM DESIGNS' for a while now and am really happy with the results, I'm so glad I got it, it's really cute and fab to colour.
I want to thank Karen (Redrottie) for the little flower stamp (I won her PIF Draw and this stamp was included), it has been so versatile and I have used it to personalise and to make background paper.

  • MS Corner punch
  • Pink Gem Rubber Stamp
  • Promarkers
My BF Jill who lives in Spain is over in the UK and has been staying with me for a few days so its been a while since I uploaded.

I wanted to make a card to say Thank you and Thinking of you for my DC friend, Ginny who very kindly sent me some of her (much sought after) Poundland flowers. A Card for Harriet

MATERIALS:
  • Square black card blank
  • Backing paper (Pink Petticoat)

  • Sentiment Stamp (free with QCME mag)
  • Promarkers
  • Ribbon and charm
I made this card for my Great Niece, Harriet who is 13 today. I used my new MS punches (QVC) to edge the papers. I am not mad about Anya stamps and was toying with selling mine but after using her on this card I think I might have changed my mind!
